Flora Mystica is helping people to heal and embrace their authenticity through the wisdom and magic of flowers and plants. We act as a liaison between people and the earth, building connections among each other as a community and a deeper relationship to nature. We offer local and sustainably cut flowers, therapeutic vibrational modalities including flower essences, and sound healing.
At Flora Mystica we envision a world where people are empowered to heal by connecting to the cycles of nature and the magic of plants. We are committed to ethical and sustainable farming practices and to respect the land where we grow, ensuring a bright future for the generations that follow us. Flora Mystica is helping to build this future through education and providing alternatives to imported flowers, community events, and healing modalities that guide us back to the traditional ways of working with plants and flowers.

Our Offerings
Fresh Cut Flowers
Flora Mystica operates a seasonal cut flower farm in the beautiful Rocky Mountain foothills of Alberta. We are conveniently located just west of Calgary and south of Cochrane. Our flowers are ethically grown using sustainable methods that provide a fantastic alternative to imported blooms.
Flora Mystica’s flowers are grown from seeds, bulbs, corms, or tubers right here on the farm. We hand select and cut the best quality blooms from an amazing variety of colours and flower species that you won’t find at a traditional florist or the grocery store!
Flower Essences
In addition to their beauty, flowers offer us wisdom and healing! Our Flower Essence blends are inspired by the flowers we grow on the farm, as well as the local wildflowers that surround us.
Flower Essences are made by imprinting the energetic signature of flowers into an elixir. These essences are gentle energy medicine that work within the layers of the emotional body to help bring into balance any negative thoughts, emotions, habits, etc. Each plant and flower have profound healing potential and wisdom.
Sound Healing
Join us for a relaxing and expansive journey using the healing power of sound. Sacred sound benefits body, mind, spirit, and soul as it uniquely heals each participant. Sound can help us to unlock deep layers within ourselves that need healing and clearing. It shifts and balances our frequencies helping to facilitate personal growth and expand consciousness.
During this sound experience you will further activate and amplify the experience with breathwork and a guided meditation. The small gathering of participants in a cozy and welcoming sacred space makes for a personalized experience.

More about our farm
Hi everyone, we are Pauline and Ryan, the husband and wife behind Flora Mystica. Welcome to our farm! We are located west of Calgary, Alberta, Canada in the community of Springbank. This little garden plot is nestled among the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains on the Copithorne family ranch. Pauline is the fifth generation of her family to raise plants and animals on this land.
